If you are a current customer with an established method for payment, (ie: credit card number on file) you can e-mail your order to any of our salesmen. To contact them individually, see our Company page. Be sure to include your customer number.

If you are not a current customer you will need to set up an account with us first.

We are not planning on providing a shopping cart service for ordering parts on-line.

Payment Methods

We accept all normal methods of payment including cash, cashiers check, personal check (subject to approval) and the following credit cards...VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS

Additionally, we maintain a sterling account in the UK and can provide details for a bank transfer. Pricing is in US$ and conversion to UK£ for such payments will be made by us at 1% above the published rate on the date we receive the order.

OK, so how DO I want my stuff shipped?
We now have regular FedEx pickup in addition to UPS. Rates and service are comparable for the most part, but FedEx does offer some services currently not available from UPS. FedEx will take parcels in excess of 150# (though this is not cheap), UPS will not! They provide Saturday delivery to some locations not serviced by UPS (race tracks, for instance) We also use FedEx Ground Service and FedEx Saver. Comparably priced with UPS Ground and UPS 3-day if you don't like UPS for any reason.
So, if you have a preference, tell you salesman. Otherwise, we'll chose the method which best suits your delivery requirements at the most economical price.

Shipping Information

Since we learned a brutal lesson in years past about putting all your shipping eggs in one basket we have accounts with a variety of different companies. The chart below offers basic guidelines to the shipping companies who normally provide us service. It is subject to change at any time.
